Expanded the Definition of an Accredited Investor

The SEC recently expanded the definition of Accredited Investor. The revised definition allows more investors to invest in private offerings by adding new categories of individuals who may qualify as accredited investors based on their professional knowledge, experience or certifications.SHOW LESS
