Why invest in multifamily real estate?

It generally appreciates at or ahead of the rate of inflation since rents can be appropriately adjusted with each new lease or renewal.

Investing in multifamily real estate enables you to effectively diversify your investment portfolio with tangible cash flowing assets which tend to retain and grow in value over the long run.

Investing in multifamily real estate provides numerous tax benefits typically not available to other investment options (e.g. stocks and bonds).

Large scale multifamily real estate has proven itself to be a resilient asset type that has fared well through recessionary environments and even during the Covid-19 global pandemic beginning in 2020.

Due to a substantial and growing imbalance in the supply of available and affordable housing units compared to the demand, multifamily real estate is well positioned to perform well for years to come.
